Nanofibers with different size can be prepared by electrospinning, due to their large specific surface area, fiber diameter controlled, a wide range of materials, easy to operate and easy functional zed biomaterials industrial filter materials field has attracted wide attention in recent years. Core-shell structure nanofibers can load a variety of active molecules, Core-shell structure nanofibers is an important branch of research in the field of electrospinning. Our task is to solve that in such a small diameter range and make the nanofibers have core-shell structure evenmore to makes the process more simple and effective. We use a homogeneous solution method and the polarity difference between the mixture of polymer, with a single needle electrospinning method to obtain three kinds of core-shell types of nanofiber, and the determination the applications of the nanofibers.Contents and conclusions of these three topics are as follows:1. We use uniform solution electrospinning method successfully prepared PLA/β-CDs shell structure composite nanofibers. The main components of the core-shell structure have been proved and the presence of the shell have been proved either, the core layer through characterization tests of the shell is β-CDs, using phenolphthalein as the sample be a small molecule assay results show that very good fiber membrane the effect of adsorption of small molecules.2.We successfully prepared2-hydroxypropyl P cyclodextrin and polyethylene oxide blend nanofibers via electrospinning. We use SEM to analysis the impact of the of content of2-hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin, flow rate, and the molecular weight of polyoxyethylene three factors to the nanofiber morphology and the diameter of the fiber. The image of TEM confirmed the core-shell structure. The methylene blue as a molecular model and using UV spectrophotometry to verified2-hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin/polyethylene oxide nanofibers’s adsorption capacity. Taking ibuprofen as a molecular model, to prepare the contain ibuprofen nanofibers.3. We use uniform solution electrospinning method successfully prepared PLA /GE core-shell structure composite nanofibers. Through a series of tests to prove the existence of the main components of core-shell structure and the inner and outer layers, the results show that with GE for the shell nanofiber membrane can promote cell adhesion and growth.
