| The article is mainly about the research of the delamination problem of high temperature resistance conveyor belt, using ethylene-propylene-diene monomer with great heat-resistance and anti-aging properties, preparing adhesion material of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer.Firstly preparing nature rubber/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer blends adhesion material, controlling the viscosity ratio and blending ratio of NR/EPDM, when the viscosity ratio of NR/EPDM is4.3, the blending ratio of NR/EPDM is60/40, NR will be dispersed phase, EPDM will be continuous phase, aging properties maintaining of rate of adhesion material improve about10%, but it can’t be sufficient to use actual requirement of high temperature resistance conveyor belt.Comparing the effect of sulfur and DCP to the adhesion property of EPDM. When using Using sulfur as curing agent, the saturation level of EPDM is high, the degree of cure of EPDM is low, the adhesion between EPDM and polyester fabric is poor; when using DCP as curing agent, DCP is hard to move into interface of polyester, the adhesion between EPDM and polyester fabric is poor.Using a kind of adhesion agent of cis-butenedioic anhydride(active group is Maleic anhydride), DCP as curing agent, improving the adhesion of EPDM material. The adhesion between EPDM and the polyester fabric(without dipping treatment) is good, the adhesion property is8N/mm, and the aging property is6.1N/mm, the property maintaining rate is75%, it is sufficient to use actual requirement of high temperature resistance conveyor belt. During the research of adhesion material, not using anti-aging agent, can slow down the degradation of polyester fabric, improving the adhesion between EPDM and the polyester fabric further.The research of high adhesion EPDM material has done a middling test, the adhesion property of EPDM is sufficient to the actual property requirement of high temperature resistance conveyor belt, and beginning pre-production trial. |
