Using silver nitrate and aniline as raw materials, polyaniline/silver nanocomposite were prepared without adding oxidant can prepared in dilute nitric acid solution with a nitrogen atmosphere protection by ultrasonic irradiation. Structure and morphology of products were characterized by XRD, FTIR, FESEM, EDS. Electrochemical oxidation for the electro-catalytic L-tyrosine were explored by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that:(1) Under ultrasonic radiation synthesis of polyaniline/silver nanocomposite, with the diameter of Ag nanoaggregates (48±1) nm.(2) When the polyaniline and silver nitrate molar ratio of1:1, resulting polyaniline/silver nanocomposite with good morphology, Ag nanoparticles uniformly distributed in the polyaniline matrix to form a "sea-island "structure.(3) Polyaniline/silver nanocomposite modified electrode tyrosine have higher catalytic activity. This product can be used for detection of L-tyrosine and polyaniline/silver nanocomposite L-tyrosine detection with a very high repeatability.
