In this paper, weak bonding thin composite roof roadway deformation and damage characteristics, deformation and damage mechanism and support control technologies are studied by the integrated research method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field engineering practice on roadway transportation engineering geological conditions problems appearing in weak bonding thin composite roof roadway support of a working face in Inner Mongolia Selian No.2Mine.By analyzing the transport trough weak bond soft rock roadway project conditions through engineering geological research, this paper does statistics on roadway deformation and failure rule of thin layer composite roof in the original supporting form. This paper also makes a summary of the roadway surrounding rock deformation characteristics by field observation of roadway.By establishing engineering geomechanical model by numerical simulation software FLAC3D, simulating the transport of all types of roadway along the groove of deformation and failure process, analyzing the instability of surrounding rock, calculating the roadway supporting load with soft rock geomechanics and other theories, this paper finally identifies the principal factors affecting the stability of roadway.Through analysis of the transport trough damage mechanism, combined with roadway control principles, identifying roadway section shape by comparing roadway rectangular, arched and rounded rectangle with simulating software FLAC3D, this paper proposes a new weak bonding thin composite roof roadway stability control technology at the core of three-tier joint arch reinforcement structure, expounds the mechanism of each reinforcement arch in the new technology, and confirms the rationality and reliability of coal mine roadway control technology through numeral simulation.The field engineering practice shows that the joint reinforcement structure supporting technology effectively controls the damage and deformation of transport trench roadway surrounding rock,and maintains the stability of roadway.
