| With the rapid development of China’s coal industry, the annual mine output has been increasing in production, which requires to enlarge skip capacity. However, the characters of domestic commonly used skip are small loading capacity, small single transport volume and low extraction efficiency, which can’t meet the requirements of large-scale mines now. The structure of50t skip is determined after investigation and research, three-dimensional software is used to build models, and finite element analysis software is used to analysis the statics and dynamics property of skip bucket box. Consumable parts of skip structure are improved. Skip lag coal and badly worn are solved. Large capacity skip unloading system is researched and designed, curved rail unloading curve is concluded, and the results are verified.Firstly, the up-open curved rail automatically uninstall sector gate skip is selected as research subject by comparing two domestic commonly used skips. The structure of50t skip is designed based on a certain mine40t skip, using Solidworks software to build models. The skip bucket box wall force characteristic curve is got on the basis of skip mechanics theory, do static, modal and harmonic response analysis to skip bucket tank wall by Ansys Workbench software and by varying the tank wall thickness and stiffener spacing to determine the bucket box design is reasonable.Secondly, to prevent coal stagnation and enhance skip anti-smashing wear ability, skip floor, anti-smashing institutions and quantitative dismantling structure were specifically designed to make these structures more in line with actual production requirements. While skip ear installation position was improved, through understanding the equipment corrosion characteristics, using the anti-corrosion measures to increase the skip life, reduce the cost.Most of large capacity skip use dynamic unloading, while, unloading speed of up-open curved rail automatically unloading is quick and smooth, and the whole structure is simple. Therefore, this paper researches large capacity skip automatic unloading technology, forecasts the unloading time on the basis of curved rail unloading theory.50t skip rail curve equation is obtained through theoretical calculations, and the rationality of the design is determined through analysis and calculation. |
