First,this paper reviews the domestic and overseas research status of coal mine fire area blasting. Then as to those problems existing in it,and to meet the development needs of the coal mine fire area blasting. From the four aspects,such as safety analysis, blasting technology, explosive heat resistance research and contract organization studied the fire area blasting. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using fault tree analysis methods comprehensive analyzed the hazards of coal mine fire area. And on this basis of that, it prevents and controls fire area blasting accident from four aspects,such as establishment safety technology of prevention fire area blasting accident, correcting implementation of the fire area blasting safety technology, clear fire area blasting safety inspection contents, perfect the fire area blasting construction organization.(2)This is the first time systematically analysis of the fire area blasting technology. Firstly, according the measured blasting hole temperature to reasonable divided partition of the fire area. Then on the basis to it studied blasting technology of each temperature zone. The results showed that combining the fire area blasting hole temperature characteristics and water cooling effect,and joint using the infrared thermometer and thermocouple can be accurately, quickly measured fire area blasting hole temperature. In addition, control the number of blasting hole, the number of personnel in blasting area and blasting time. And distinguish the network layout and adjust the blasting operation. It could effectively guarantee the blasting safety and improve the blasting efficiency of fire area.(3)First time from three aspects,the physical and chemical mechanism of heat resistance properties of civil explosives, the mechanism of heat-resistant explosives and explosive thermal sensitivity test, comprehensive studied the heat resistance properties of explosives which used in fire area blasting. The results show that:Due to gelatinous emulsion explosives contains more moisture when under high temperature, which has a longer time of heat resistance. Theoretically using polymer long chain oil phase material, adding inhibitor, forming a eutectic mixture, more water, adding elemental high explosive emulsion explosives etc.,which could improve heat resistance of manufacture emulsion explosives. Cook off bomb method can simulate the actual situation of blasting hole in charge, sealing etc.. Which could be used for a variety of explosive thermal sensitivity test, and in the future study of it should be focus on.(4) Based on the research of safety analysis, blasting technology, heat resistance property of explosive.the coal mine fire area blasting construct organization should be specified. The contents include the establishment of joint operation rules for coal mine fire area blasting, development of construction program, establishing safety assurance system and safety technical measures and so on,to convenient for its popularization and application in all kinds of coal mine fire area blasting.
