The parameter testing device of dynamic disaster in coal mine is used formeasuring the parameters of coal gas and coal rock when the dynamic disasters occurin coal mine, based on dynamic monitoring, analysis, comparison and processing ofthe data, the early warning of the dynamic disaster in coal mines can be realized, wecan able to formulate corresponding measures to avoid the accident and reducecasualties and property losses. The existing parameter test device of the dynamicdisaster in coal mine mainly includes rock dynamic disasters test device and coal andgas outburst test device. Surrounding rock dynamic disasters mainly using rockmechanics test system, and the coal and gas outburst test equipment is mainly used fortesting gas pressure, two kinds of test device are independent with each other, themeasured parameters are unrelated.The topic is derived from the project cooperated with Heilongjiang university ofscience and technology―The multi-parameter coupling measuring device of dynamicdisaster in coal mine‖, for the purpose of realizing the determination of a variety ofparameters that impact dynamic disaster occur in coal mine, the device is designedand developed. According to the requirement of dynamic disaster warning technologyof coal mine, the new type of device can simulate the environment where dynamicdisasters occur, measuring the parameters such as the surrounding rock stress, gaspressure and temperature. According to the project requirements, this paper mainlydiscusses the working principle, the design of the control system and the structure ofthe parameter measurement device, and research on key technology of hydrauliccontrol system.The function of the whole multi-parameter coupling measuring device is by usingthe testing technology of rock mechanics and coal and gas outburst, with fourhydraulic cylinders in the sealed box to realize the strength of coal specimen underuniaxial and biaxial compression tests, using the heating system and the pneumaticcontrol to realize the gas pressure and temperature simulation of the coal mine.The measurement device includes control system and the base machine, thecontrol system includes a hydraulic pneumatic control system, the electrical controlsystem and the heating system. Hydraulic pneumatic control system mainly realize the function of the device for testing the parameters of the specimen, in order to improvethe synchronization accuracy of the hydraulic cylinders and reduce the pressure of thehydraulic control system, the synchronization work pressure cylinder which drive theworking hydraulic cylinder is designed. The electrical control system consists ofhardware and software two parts, mainly used for the operation of the host andhydraulic pneumatic system, the software part is a special design according to the jobrequirement, which is mainly used for display and control the experimentalparameters. The heating system is mainly used for heating the airtight cavity of thehost, to achieve real mine environment simulation of coal specimen.The synchronization control system of the working hydraulic cylinder usingproportional solenoid directional valve and relief valve two parallel valves to control.By the analysis of stable state and dynamic characteristics of the two valves, obtainedthat in the certain conditions, the use of two-parallel valve is beneficial to improve thestability of the hydraulic control system, so the stability of the working hydrauliccylinder is increased. By the experimental verification of two parallel valve andproportional solenoid directional valve separately using two kinds of workingcondition, concluded that dual-valve parallel control can achieve higher systemstability compared to the proportional electromagnetic change valve individuallycontrol.
