With the rapid development of human society, problems caused by crisis of waterincreasingly serious. A series of environmental problems related to water, such as theunreasonable water resources management, the constant aggravation of waterpollution etc., has gradually become important for restrict human survival anddevelopment. Carrying capacity is one of the important index which can describe therelationship among environmental resources and socioeconomic development, it isnatural to combine carrying capacity with water environment, it is the important indexthat can describe the relationship between water environment and human economicand social activities. In consequence, clarity which socio-economic factors will have aimportant effect for Carrying capacity, and then regulation of socio-economic factors,according to the natural resources environment, it has become the effective means forthe coordination of social economic development and resource environmentprotection, in the limit of Carrying capacity. Based on this, this article through thecontrast method, using system dynamics method, in combination with other social andeconomic development, water resources and water environment data and other waterenvironment carrying capacity of system dynamics model is established andsimulation analysis of the carrying capacity of water environment change trend andsensitivity analysis method is adopted to define the significant factors affecting thebearing capacity of water environment.The analysis results show that in the elements of social economy, the change ofpopulation is the major contributors of the ammonia nitrogen content in the waterenvironment; The main factors to influenced the water consumption is agriculturalproduction;The second industry output value is the important factors influencing theCOD content in water environment. The conclusion is as follows: the main factors influencing the Water Environment Carrying Capacity (WECC) is includedpopulation, agricultural output, the second industry output value and its related factors.Therefore, the balance of water environment and social and economic developmentcan be through the population, and the second industry in agricultural productioninputs and structure to adjust. To coordinate development in WECC.In this paper, the region water environment carrying capacity was analyzedviathe influence factors, screening for the analysis of the influence factors of the keysystem, to the Liaoyuan within the scope of the study provided the scientific basis forthe water environment carrying capacity, the later evaluation and related adjustmentscheme can effectively combine. Provide reasonable Suggestions for other waterenvironment management.
