Phosphorus ore is one of the main materials of the phosphorus chemical industry, about 80% of the phosphorus ore in our country is used for making phosphorus fertilizer. Although our country’s phosphorus ore resources are rich, mostly are low-grade silicon and calcium collophane, with the phosphorus fertilizer and phosphorus chemical industry’s rapid development, the high-grade phosphorus ore are getting fewer and fewer, phosphorus ore is the non-renewable resources, in order to guarantee the sustainable development of phosphorus chemical industry and grain security of our country, must develop and exploit the low-grade phosphorus ore.As to the low-grade silicon and calcium collophan, our country’s phosphorite processing technology already can make this kind of ore use for industrial production. Now, the mature processing craft is still heat flotation, althougt many scholars have done a great deal of research on direct-reverse flotation of room temper, so far, the process has not been applied to industrial production, if use the double-reverse flotation process, will no need to heat ore slurry, moreover the technical process is simple, the medicament types are few.the key of double-reverse flotation is reagent, now process and reagent for de-magging by reverse flotation is comparative maturity, and reverse flotation for desiliconizing is the hot research in recent years, some thesises concerning prep reverse flotation for desiliconizing have been published. By looking up a large number of materials and combining the knowledge studied, I have designed and synthesised two kinds altogether four numbers of alkyl oxazines or the amide oxazine compound, all compounds have carried on the structure through the infrared analysis. The four compounds have been made up to final flotation reagent by append homogeneous and commensurate surfactant.Four medicaments all have done beneficiation test, the ore samples of beneficiation test come from Baokang phosphorite of Hubei, the opening experiment utilize de-magging reagent named JVJ which invented by Wuhan Institute of Technology and above synthetical four reagents, then choose the best effect reagent named YA-12 to do the closing experiment, have got ideal desiliconize effect. Then carry on the mechanism analysis, indicate that YA-12 is a highly efficient reagent.Thus proved that YA-12 is a highly efficient reagent, can provide direction for future research, and the synthesis method is feasible.
