The characteristics of FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization is the need for high temperature and high pressure,hydrogen consumption,octane number lower,increased investment in equipment and operating costs.People like the non-HDS because of mild operating conditions,less energy-consuming,low investment costs,small losses octane number.In addition,the traditional alkylation uses liquid acid catalyst or lewis acid,catalyst regeneration is difficult due to after the use of liquid acid catalysts,post-acid liquid waste treatment process is complex,waste generated will pollute the environment,lewis acid-type catalyst is more expensive,when the separation,catalyst was hydrolyzed and had a large amount of HCl gas.First of all,this study to solve the key question is the development of the active ingredient of attapulgite desulfurating agent and the suitable active component;to explorate industrial preparation conditions of desulfurating agent,to obtain the industrial production of products;preliminary to solve process optimization desulfurating agent and regeneration issues.In addition,using the modifier attapulgite to preparate the diphenylmethane has also researched.The results through experiments are as follows:(1) By using acid activated attapulgite as a material,preparation of desulfurating agent can remove sulfide of gasoline effective.The best conditions of preparation indicates the load 5%of active constituents,600℃the activation,5g the desulfurating agent/40ml gasoline,the effect of this method makes the content of sulfur from 1100ppm to 141ppm for twice,the rate of absorbing desulfurization comes up to 87.18%.When 64g the desulfurating agent/512ml gasoline,the yield is more than 90%. Attapulgite as a carrier in the composites materials,the chemical bond lays both attapulgite and TiO2,which is tight joint,and exist chemical force.The composition and structure of attapulgite、the active component has a certain degree of selective removal of sulfur components;the desulfurating agent can reuse once and have advantages to reduce costs and further development of renewable,furthermore carry out the study industrial application.(2) In the composite materials of attapulgite,the area of the majority carrier and strong absorption impedes the growth of TiO2,TiO2 particles can’ t reunite and be united firmly in wedlock with attapulgite,meanwhile exist chemical force.With the increase in TiO2 content,grains gradually grow up.The 10%TiO2 content occurring from anatase to Titanium plate.When activated at high temperature,the adsorption of each other attapulgite clay and TiO2,The complex may lead to changes in crystalline form.(3) The preparation conditions of alkylation catalyst is 4%sulfate soured 4h, content 20%the active component in modified attapulgite,250~300℃the activation; the catalytic activity is the highest of benzene with benzyl chloride reaction;benzyl chloride conversion reaches 80.37%.Catalyst of attapulgite can reuse once and has advantages to cut down the costs of synthesis diphenylmethane;furthermore has good prospects for the development and application.FTIR determination of products with standard map is the same.
