In view of the completion methods for horizontal wells and the key problems existing during production in the low permeability reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield, the status quo and development direction of multistage fracturing and acidizing technology for horizontal wells at home and abroad has been investigated and analyzed in detail in the paper, determining the route to studying the multistage fracturing and acidizing technology for horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield. That is to conduct the study on hydraulic jetting multistage fracturing and acidizing technology for screen completed wells, integrated technology of multistage completion, fracturing and acidizing for newly drilled wells to establish complete sets of multistage fracturing technology for horizontal wells so that reservoir transformation can be conducted in the low permeability horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield.In the paper, the optimizing design software for fracturing in horizontal wells is used in analogue calculation and analytical evaluation on the effects of fracture parameters, such as the number of fractures, spacing, length, width and flow conductivity on post-fracture production, providing theoretical guidance for the design and operation of multistage fracturing in horizontal wells in the field.A fluid control model and a 3D turbulent flow mathematical model have been set up, which can reflect the operating mechanism of hydraulic jetting. Fluent software is used to establish a numerical model for the hydraulic jetting process and to solve the process quantitatively. The effects of the pressure inside boreholes, displacement of tubing and casing on hydraulic jetting are analyzed to prove in theory the feasibility of hydraulic packing mechanism. Tools for hydraulic jetting multistage fracturing have been developed and tested in the lab and pilot tested in the field on their performances. They were also field tested in Well 10-HX, achieving good results.The compressed expansion multistage completion and fracturing and acidizing technology has been studied. The tool combination structure has been designed and the prototype has been manufactured, and the performances of the components and complete set of units have been tested and evaluated.The research results in the paper have filled the gap in the field of multistage fracturing and acidizing technology for horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield, providing strong technical support for improving the development results of horizontal wells in the low permeability reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield and the research results have a prosperous application future.
