FCC desulfurization catalyst regeneration technology varied, each has its advantages and disadvantages, Results from the regeneration point of view, the regeneration rate of renewable hydrogen was significantly higher than non-hydro renewable, But the reaction conditions require high temperatures and the need to consume a large amount of hydrogen, high investment, high cost, waste of energy; rather than the hydrogenation reaction conditions, renewable technologies are mostly moderate in the normal temperature and pressure can be achieved, and do not need to invest in expensive equipment be able to achieve, but also environmentally friendly, no secondary pollution, etc. In addition, the stability of China’s traditional for the stability and color protection of gasoline refined based on acid-base by adding some stabilizer means, so that the color of FCC gasoline remained stable at a certain time, while for C9 fraction is a synthetic resin for the color of distillate cut bleaching, significantly limit to their application.This learn from our predecessors in this topic based desulfurization carried out FCC gasoline desulfurization regeneration and bleaching experimental research, this study and solve the key problem is that the initial resolution of removal sorbent regeneration process issues, to be used for industrialization of the feasibility of program. In addition, the use of attapulgite clay as carrier for preparation of FCC catalysts in decolorization of gasoline and C9 fraction studies. Through experiments to conclude:(1)Solvent-hot-air method of heating oil deactivation FCC catalyst regeneration, the best regeneration conditions were:selected ethanol as solvent, temperature 40℃, catalyst contrast parameters for 1:8 and regeneration time of 20min, and then the catalyst in the time was 70min, in order to 0.9L/h the flow of hot air through 100℃, The use of solvent-optimal conditions for hot-air method of combining experimental methods of catalyst regeneration tests show that this method can better the life of the catalyst; through the regenerated catalyst characterization, further evidence, and regenerated catalyst and the the fresh catalyst or less; by FCC gasoline sulfur compounds characterized AED proved regenerated catalyst still has a good desulfurization.(2) Attapulgite clay decolorizing agent is an excellent bleaching agent for room temperature, In the normal temperature and pressure conditions will be able to right before the FCC refined petrol has a good decolorization effect, It showed that under the condition that calciration temperature at 600℃Sulphuric acid by 6%, active component by 4%, decolorant amount of 16g and decoloring time of 80 min can make a decolorantion rate of 96.94% one time, and when gasoline/decolorant ratio is 25, it’s 80.06%. Attapulgite clay pore size distribution in the 5~100nm, with an average pore diameter 10 nm or more, than the surface area of 105.68m2/g, Therefore, a large pore size distribution and specific surface area as a carrier gas bleaching agent is conducive to the preparation, so that there is a good decolorization effect.(3) Attapulgite Clay decolorant was decolorized from C9 fraction. Considering the different activated properties, baking temperature, contents of activated properties, the amount of autocatalyst, time of absorbing decolorization, the time of action of autocatalyst affecting on the rate of absorbing decolorization. The results showed that decolorant, which is prepared from Attapulgite Clay treated by 6% sulphuric acid at 600℃the roast temperature, after added 4% MnO2, have best decolorization efficiency. The decolorization rate of C9 fraction can be up to 78.66%. The decolorant of raw materials readily available, inexpensive, preparation process and decolorant process is simple, for dealing with C9 fraction bleaching effect is good.
