In our country, the output and volume of sanitary products are the first in the world, of which the output of closestool breaks though 40 million sets. Research shows that large amounts of energy was consumed during the closestool production process, and its water consumption accounts for 20 of the total household water. There are many closestool manufacturers in China. For a long time, resource waste and environmental pollution are caused by core technology development tagging behind on account of the lack of effective research instruments. Concurrently, medium and low products can only be produced with lower profits.Research on the energy saving in process and emission reduction in use is of great significance. Presently, the domestic research in this field is very rare. In building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, this paper starts the system and underlying theoretical research of the closestool by using modern design methods, and proposes constructive comments in innovating the structure of trational closestool and improves the production methods relying on computer-aided technology.In order to obtain more accurate closestool numerical model, the paper by means of reverse engineering, analysis of the closestool flushing performance of the main effect parameters, and to computational fluid dynamics classical theory as a guide, the use of computer simulation technology to complete the key parameters of the optimal selection. This groundbreaking proposed combination of new closestool structure, and a new closestool for a complete product design, make use of non-ceramic materials instead of closestool pelvic, jet flow, siphon sewage pipes and other core features. To obtain the feasibility of design, this paper introduces RPM technology trial of the experimental prototype, the use of injection molding simulation software Moldflow on the closestool with plastic parts injection molding production forecast, and for the problem upstream to find a solution. To verify the closestool optimization results are true and reliable, this article strictly in accordance with the State "sanitary ceramics" standard provides the test prototype red ball test, test results showed that the new closestool red ball test water below the national standard of 50% than the known similar products optimal performance.The application of this research is bound to promote strongly the research technique and reform the production process of the domestic closestool manufacturer to improve their market competitiveness. At the same time. the promotion of this research will effectively save water and create significant economic benefits.
