It not only divides the type of transaction risks, finds the causes of transaction risks from the point of the third-party B2B electronic commerce platform, but also analyzes the influential factors of transaction risks in both transaction agents and transaction environment. Thirdly, after it confirms how to choose the principle of transaction risk indexes, transaction risk index system is established, and the way to set up the weights of transaction risk indexes is also decided. It proposes to use frame in case based reasoning as the presentation of transaction risk cases. Then the B2B electronic commerce transaction risk assessment system based on case based reasoning is established whose target, function and process are introduced.
