A Study On Organization Structure Of China's Private Placement Fund

In China's securities market and industry market, private placement funds has been gradually rising, and the lion's share. Rapid changes in the private placement fund, the organization structure of private placement fund to become a major constraining factor in the development of private placement fund. In this paper, the organization structure of China's lawful private placement fund is for the study. Bass on introducing the overview of China's private placement fund, the main operating body, forms of organization and the major risks of China's private placement fund. Consider private placement fund of existence as an analysis object instance, by comparing the United States of similar companies, empirical analysis existing problems in the organization structure of China's private placement fund.
