6 securities companies received the order fro Shanghai & Shenzhen stock exchange in 30th, March,2010, from the next day, the margin trading is available.It means the margin trading come into the A share market after the preparation of 4 years.Margin Trading was operated for several years in world. It provides A share market the new trade mode of short sale and lever function. In China, the scholars, market participants and institution concerned have made much research of the concept, trading process, risk management of margin trading. This paper used the experience of other research for reference to make the selective analysis of the influence of margin trading in A share market.Divided the influence into 3 parts:the market environment,securities trader and investor.Combined the actual situation of A share market,analyze the new investment environment, profit mode and investment strategy can be contributed by the margin trading in A share market.
