A Research On The Growth Of Presents' Income

Countryside, agriculture, and farmers are the focus of social problems at present, the core of which is the farmers'income .The growth of the famers'income is a necessary requirement for the coordinated development of national economy, the economical foundation and the underlying objective of socialist new countryside ,the fundamental approach to achieve a comprehensive well-off society in rural as well as the whole country, the material basis for keeping social stability, the ensure reliable to consolidate the party's ruling status ,the necessary to implement the scientific development concept and build a harmonious society. Increasing income of farmers is a big problem, which is not only a major economic problem, but also a major political issue. In recent years, the state has adopted a series of strong policies to support development of the countryside, but it is a long way to achieve the rapid, sustained increase of peasants'income.This paper explored the increase of the famers'income closely the current hot topic in the society, which elaborated the concept of farmers and the composition of farmers'income, analysis the history of the income of peasants in China since the reform and opening up and the situation at present, found out the element which impact the increase of the presents'income, and put forward relevant proposals.Full-text is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, including background and significance of the study, study object and major research methods;The second part stated the concept of farmers as well as the composition of the income of peasants;The third part explored the history of the income of peasants since reform and opening up and status of current income of farmers;The fourth part explores the elements which impact China's peasants to increase income: agricultural production factors, system factors, human capital factorsThe fifth part is the recommendations of increasing the farmers'income. Based on the analysis in front, from the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure, energetically develop characteristic agriculture, countryside land system exploration and innovation in countryside financial system, strengthen countryside education investment, to encourage the rational flow of rural surplus labor force, to increase the supply of public goods in rural areas.
