As business mode more flexible, the traditional assets and liabilities business proportion of western commercial banks accounting for the business lowers year in year, non-traditional business is rapidly rising, profit composition is gradually diversifying, particularly, the proportion of non-interest income is high and rise rapidly. Chinese commercial banks operating income is highly dependent on various forms of interest income, this single and unbalanced operating income structure leads to high cost-income ratio. Currently, all commercial banks in China have diversified into development strategies to expand non-interest income, the study of Chinese commercial banks, particularly the relationship of non-interest revenue and its impact factors have significance. In this paper, we give a comparative study of China's commercial banks operating income structure and give a regression analysis between non-interest income and its impact factors, and propose some strategies to restructure the bank income structure. The results show that: the proportion of China's commercial banks interest income is too high, non-interest business, particularly the development of intermediary business is slow; In the case of other factors remain unchanged, small banks, low net interest margin banks, high-risk banks, lower staff size banks, the scale of non-interest business is larger; In addition, the mobility index for non-interest business is not significant.Because the relevant legal system is not sound, the administration system is imperfect, related professionals is deficient, so, In order to achieve structural transformation of Chinese commercial banks revenue, in a long period of time, the major strategy of Chinese commercial banks is to accelerate the pace of innovation of non-interest business.
