The Application And Design Of Enterprise Environment Management Based On ERM

With the continuous development of economy and society and the increasing awareness of environment of the public, environmental pollutions are becoming the focus concern of the whole nation.The attitude of enterprises towards environment changes from intentional negligence to active protection. Ever-changing market environments render enterprises faced with increasingly diversified and complicated risks, therefore, it is very crucial for enterprises to efficiently control and manage these risks,which directly influence the survival and development of enterprises.The Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework issued by COSO in America gave enterprises some advice on how to cope with risks.This paper, based on it, attempt to study of the application and design of enterprise environment management based on ERM.The paper aims to supply operating enterprises with some theoretical guidance and suggestions on establishing their own environment management system by designing a relatively more mature, systematical and pragmatic system based on ERM, referring to the characteristics of Chinese enterprises.Based on many related theories, the paper, systematically study the application and design of enterprise environment management based on ERM using manifold analytical methods.The paper, after dealing with the background and related fundamentals of the study, analyzes the current environmental questions and risks Chinese enterprises confronted with, then puts forward the concept of Enterprises Management System on ERM.At the same time, analyzes the present situation of Chinese enterprises and studies the application and design of enterprise environment management based on ERM.In the end,we can come to conclusions:(1)Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework can apply Enterprises Risk Management into all aspects including enterprises strategies, organizing structure, marketing, producing, personnel,information, R&D,finance.While compiling its own Enterprise Risk Management, one enterprise can refer to Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework.(2)Diverse enterprises, diverse risks.ERM based on Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework is more beneficial for various enterprises to cope with risks.Through integrating EM with RM,enterprises can efficiently carry out EM.The paper has the following initiatives:(1)Establishing a more mature, systematic framework. Puts forward the concept ERM based on Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework, and then establishing a more mature, systematic framework through analyzing the current situations of ERM.(2)Pragmatic and operational.After collecting and analyzing related materials concerning Chinese enterprises, justified the theory by citing a case.
