Conformed to the trend, the first thing must to do for New Northwest Shuanghe is a new channel design with the new application of modern marketing channel concepts.This article is made by the guide of the theories of flow domain, marketing channels and pharmaceutical marketing mode, according to the present channel situation of New Northwest Shuanghe, marketing channel of the researched company is still belongs to the traditional distribution channels, and therefore there are many problems. By the study and analysis, we conclude that the key-point for solving all problems is a reasonable design on channel. Under the guidance of modern marketing ideas, company should design a program, and find some basic measures, such as commercial flow system design, logistics system design and capital flow system design, not only for the design of distribution channels, including the design of the channel to supply, too. The plan also must use some auxiliary measures to support, including the human resources, the organization, and the scheme of e-commerce system support. Finally, this paper used the economic analysis, controlling analysis, and adaptability analysis to evaluate the effect of channel design scheme.Facts have proved that the new channel design scheme made a good performance for a year and a half, and succeeded in transformation from the traditional marketing channel to modern marketing channel, so there is certain reference value for other similar companies. |
