Numerous private enterprises which emerged and development after our country's reform have represented strong vigor. From the viewpoint of management, the great majority among them are family firms in form. The family firms occupied very important position in national economy, even from the point of long-term development; they will be the important enterprise's colony that can't ignore in the development of market economic of our country too. Whether the family firm could realize sustainable development not merely concerns the economic development of our country, and is concerning the society of our country and progress of the culture. According to the in-depth analysis to the current situation of the development of enterprise of our country, The scientific, rational successor training plan, the complete family firm successor's power hands over mechanism, the effective professional manager encourages tied mechanism, have important function on the generation succession and sustainable development of family firms, and then has launched the deep research.First of all, the paper has analysis the research situation of the family firm and sustainable development of the family firm, On this basis, the paper has analyzed the current situations of the family firms of our country and the existing problem about sustainable development.Secondly, combine the characteristics of the enterprises of our country, construct six stage models of successor training, evaluating, handing over, coordinating and the withdrawal of the predecessor inside the family firm, And from three parts of the successor's cultivation mechanism, the handing over mechanism of administrative power and coordination mechanism after handing over, have address corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.Finally, the paper analyzed the current situation of professional managers in family firms and the demand factor of professional managers.
