The Compensation system is an important aspect of corporate governance, a good salary system will help development and growth of the enterprise. China's reforming and opening up have passed decades of years, the modern enterprise system framework has been roughly built up, but the company executive layer, especially the monopoly industry executives still insufficient in standard of salary system. How to effectively restrict the monopoly executives high-paying has been widespread concerned.Based on the previous studies, the methods of this paper are qualitative and quantitative, its research object is senior management personnel salary of Chinese monopoly industries listed company. By learning the relevant theory about economics, management and the monopoly, do the theory analysis and empirical research senior management personnel salary of Chinese monopoly industries listed company. Research results show that:the monopoly industries and industries listed company executive pay salary levels significantly positive correlation; with the company, the company scale, the enterprise bear ability indicate positive correlation; with the independent directors and national shareholding relationship is unknown; with the capital structure is not positively related to but negatively correlated. The causes of above two results are these enterprises being serious lack owners and slack government's regulation, so these factors did not play their role. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as bringing deregulation, strengthening regulation and strengthening legislation, etc. Finally, I hope this research can contribute some reference to the senior management personnel salary of monopoly industries listed company.
