Nowadays, the enterprise competitions are gradually fierce in the age of knowledge economy. This kind of competition can be considered as the competition of talented person, it cannot be deny that there have some differences between traditional university's talents cultivation mode and the talented person that enterprise need. Corporate training center can solve this problem effectively by cultivating the talented person according to the enterprise actual need. With business development, Training center must face to society, face to market. To win in the fierce competition, it is the most importance things training center must improve its training quality gradually.the traditional quality theory adapted to the visible products can no longer be applied to the quality of invisible service products.This paper conducts the following researches such as studying documents, theoretical analysis and case study, the writer use the theory of customer perceived service quality, base on X technology training center, introduce the current situation of X technology training center, then it clarifies how to solved the problems and give the corresponding suggestion and the options from the theory of Customer Perceived Service Quality and Customer Perceived Service Quality Gaps Model.Some of them even give actual case or solution. All this has more practical value.
