In the knowledge economy era, Knowledge teams are becoming more common applications in all types of organizations in our country, these teams formed by the knowledge workers, mainly in knowledge-intensive work. In the knowledge work teams, employees have greater initiative and creativity space, In their knowledge cross and integration process, will produce more conflict, which face team the choice of conflict handling styles always.However, the choice of conflict handling styles is closely related with leadership style and team atmosphere. In this context, the research on conflict handling styles of knowledge work teams in our country has important theoretical and practical significance.This research based on the summary of international research on team conflict handling styles, Use empirical research methods, analyzed the status about conflict handling styles of knowledge work teams in our country, examined the relationship between conflict handling styles of knowledge work teams, team psychological safety, transformational leadership and team performance. The results show that bouts the team psychological safety and transformational leadership has significant positive influence on cooperative team conflict handling styles and negative influence on competitive conflict handling styles; team psychological safety has the mediating effect in the relationship between transformational leadership and team conflict handling styles; cooperative knowledge work team conflict handling style has significant positive influence on team performance, competitive knowledge work team conflict handling style has significant negative influence on team performance. Finally, summarized the research conclusions, and provided recommendations for the knowledge work teams to manage team conflict well.
