Research On China Rural Informal Financial Development

Rural informal finance has a long history in our country,and many informal financial forms have appeared in old China times, with complex realistic background and rich historical connotation for each form. When the new China was founded, it was nearly 100 percent of the economy was the public that stopped the development of rural informal finance. However, after the reform and opening-up policy, under the background of the rapid development in the rural economy, rural informal financial activities began to perk up in recent years, and many scholars on rural folk financial problems put forward views and conduct their research and put forward beneficial policy suggestions to government. The government also began to focus on rural informal finance, gradually affirming its positive role in the rural economy, and start to adopt different forms of pilot and research to rural informal finance with the continuation of the state intervention in the premise of management mode.This paper first defines informal financial and rural informal finance, and expounded the rural folk finance related theory: financial inhibition theory and the theory of system vicissitude. Then introduces the development status of rural informal finance from size, form and operation features; Introduced the rural informal financial of rural economic from positive and negative effects, and look for the reason of nonstandard problems in the development of rural informal finance from history, government policy, the existing system, internal factors and farmers' quality of the rural informal finance. On this basis, this paper explores the development of standardization of rural informal financial institution'supply and puts forward the feasible policy measures for rural informal financial standardized development.
