Study On The Financial Performance Of China's Enterprises By Holistic Listing

Along with the coming of the full circulation era of China's capital market, more and more group company is preparing holistic listing. For the investors and the companies, through the holistic listing, whether bring wealth or create a positive financial performance to realize the maximum value for the whole market, the subject becomes very important.In this paper, on the basis of relevant theory of the holistic listing on the market, it describs the significance and the model on the analysis of the group company.Under the situation of development status of financial performance from home and abroad, it uses multi-index analysis and single index analysis, realizing whole financial performance of holistic listing company which is analyzed and studied. This paper in recent years realizes the whole situation of holistic listing companies using the sample data. Meanwhile, it introduces the sample data sources and selection of standards and results, then according to the selection classifies of the sample data such as year, industry and mode,using Excel and SPSS software. Group company whole post-market actual financial performance situation, how the financial performance after the holistic listing whether it really got to ascend, and access to a stable ascension, for these problems through the acquisition in recent years realizing whole companies listed on the empirical analysis of the financial data and validation is the main content of this study. Finally, the research shows that, different model to achieve the holistic listing listed present different characteristics, but most companies listed in the realization of the whole financial performance in the first and second level have steadily increased; The mode of seasoned equity offering financial performance has been rising trend, and rising performance relative to other listed mode is obvious.
