In the 21st century, the age of information comes into the age of knowledge management. The values of intangible assets are estimated much greater than those of tangible assets in enterprises, which remains to be explored and utilized. This thesis builds the network model of knowledge through discussing the characters of interior knowledge flow as well as the stream of tacit knowledge with the objects of knowledge and elements related to knowledge activities. Based on Nonaka Ikujiro's SECI theory, combined with cases, we make a sharing tacit knowledge analyze towards network knowledge flow in antithesis level, individual level and organization level, aiming at the characters of dynamics, opening, asymmetry, appreciation and adjustability of organization tacit knowledge sharing network. At the same time, we introduce the concepts of network size, centrality, bind intensity, structure hole, isolated panel points and Information Bridge and come up with the knowledge sharing strategy of recognition and control of key panel points, increasing Information Bridge, avoiding structure hole, binding isolated points and cultivation of "flexible character". We also put forward specific measures and suggestions for the creation of tacit knowledge sharing environment, improvement of tacit knowledge sharing approaches and construction of corresponding encouragement measures, and research how to take full advantage of individuals and valuable tacit knowledge in organizations to promote the core competitiveness of the organization for achieving the final goal of organizational knowledge innovation and making economic benefits.
