With the continuous development of economy and international trade, the domestic enterprises will face both global business opportunities and competition. How to achieve management innovation and make improvement of the competitiveness with ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) information technology is a major issue to be solved by Xi'an Solar Power Corporation and other enterprises, and this is also the main contents of this paper.This paper, which is based on the theory of ERP, supply chain, integration of management information, integrated innovation and restructuring of work flow, mainly states the design, implementation and evaluation for the ERP system of Xi'an Solar Energy Power Corporation. Firstly, with systems approach, comprehensively analysis of the current management model and work flow of Xi'an Solar Energy Power Corporation is given. Then, with data collection, interview, investigation and data analysis, the external situation and internal management requirement of the corporation is analyzed and problems are raised. With theory and requirement for future development strategy, ERP system plan for Xi'an Solar Energy Power Corporation is raised on the basis of advanced management concept and practical situation. Furthermore, the work procedures and suggestions of the plan are given, and evaluation is also provided. Thus, it could help to make the decision of the future informationization development.According to the theory of ERP information technology, the design, implementation and evaluation for the ERP system of Xi'an Solar Energy Power Corporation is raised in this paper. Hopefully it could be used for reference for the other related enterprise's informationization development.
