Research On Risk Management For Contract Management Of Power Materials Purchase

Power materials are guarantee foundation of normal production,management and construction of power enterprises,along with the increasing investment of power engineering construction, demands of power materials are also expanded further.As the carrier,materials purchase contracts can directly determine the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of power material purchas,etc.To enhance the risk control of power materials purchase contract management is not only the demand of market economy and power system reform situation,but also the requirement of improving their risk management level.Research on risk management for contract of power materials purchase can prevent power materials purchase contract risks and promote the legality and profitability of it.Based on contract management of electric power materials purchase and risk management,this paper chose risk management for contract of power materials purchase as research point.Firstly it will recognize and analyze risks of power materials purchase contract meticulously from organization's management level, specific business process level just as before signing, signing process, after signing and contracts text level,reveal the deficiency may exited of internal control of contract management.Then summarize risk points,establish risk evaluation index system of power materials purchase contract management,combin both qualitative and quantitative characteristic of analytic hierarchy process,through calculate to determine the weights of various risk factors,and sort identified risks, provides a scientific evaluation method and quantitative index for judge of power materials contract risks.Finally puts forward measures to prevent contract risks of the electrical material purchas,promote that we should fully exert the internal auditing's function and promote contract management and perfect the internal control.
