In the present thesis, the author, who has 4 years of work experience of conducting Internal Marketization in the MQ Corporation, a large-size state-owned enterprise in Henan Province, analyzes the construction and implementation of Internal Marketization system of the MQ Corporation as well as reviews the perceptions concerning success and failure in the process of Internal Marketization therein. The author takes the MQ Corporation as the point of penetration, with the aims of groping for a new solution to Internal Marketization suited to most of the enterprises, large-medium-size enterprises in particular.Without doubt, no administrative technique is fixed and unchanged, and can be employed to tackle problems of various shapes in various enterprises. The author would like to shed light on Internal Marketization by demonstrating the process of constructing and implementing Internal Marketization, therefore a further discussion on this issue may be launched in the near future. In addition, administrators in numerous enterprises can work out a long-range plan in the light of their enterprises'characteristics, corporate cultures, human resources and long-term prospects. In this way, the management of Internal Marketization can be mixed with the day-to-day corporate administration, and the sound development of the enterprise can be ensured.In the thesis, the author, having turned to tons of books, theses, periodicals and intra issues, elaborates the definition, connotation and the present researching situation of Internal Marketization, and renders a brief account of the practical situations of Internal Marketization in certain enterprises. Furthermore, he dwells on the corporate environment and the strategic background of Internal Marketization in the MQ Corporate, the administrative techniques and measures which are made use of in the construction and implementation of marketization, as well as the innovations which are made on the basis of the characteristics of the MQ Corporation. After demonstrating the measures, which are adopted to mix Internal Marketization management and the original management system together, problems and solutions in the process of Internal Marketization management, the thesis reaches the conclusion that Internal Marketization is an effective management technique for enhancing corporate competition, improving corporate human resource and promoting sustainable development of the enterprise.
