| With the development and improvement of the society,people's life pace has accelerated gradually. Civil aviation passenger aircrafts have greatly improved travel efficiency because of their safety, comfort and convenience. That's why more and more people travel by them. However, lots of unlawful interference action such as hijack and bombing occurs during the Civil aviation aircraft transportation. Besides, as the passengers' quality is different, disruptive passengers appear and cause stealing, brawling, and commandeering behaviour. All of them damage civil aviation safety and public interests.The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the dealing procedure and new solutions of disruptive passengers and unlawful interference such as hijack and bombing. Aiming at the international and domestic air defense situation and status at the present stage, the author combines the known civil aviation operation theory knowledge with his practical unlawful interference dealing experience. As mentioned, it is key important for Shandong Airlines safety operation to establish a set of scientific and advanced unlawful interference pre-arranged planning.The thesis analyzes the civil aviation safety complexion and introduces the international and domestic unlawful interference dealing general situation, taking Shandong Airlines unlawful interference dealing problems as an example and referencing to crisis dealing and emergency management theory knowledge. And it studies not only unlawful interference dealing pre-arranged plans before take-off and during the flight, but also the countermeasure and suggestion of solving airlines unlawful interference dealing problems at the present.To generalize, by studying Shandong Airlines unlawful interference dealing pre-arranged plan, the author hopes to prevent the unnecessary mistakes during its course.
