In the online shopping process, what the consumers see is page text or multimedia information describing the goods. Online shop users'buying needs are the goods they want to buy, so the goods information the consumers want to see is the buying needs' information. For the growth of online shop's further sales profits, to get the online shop users' buying needs' information is the first step to satisfy the consumers'needs.Today's online shop users are willing to express their buying needs. Based on the traditional demand theories and information users'needs expression theory, combined with new contents of online consumers'needs, through the demand-driven information mining methods'and practices'research, and the study of intelligence acquisition methods, this article puts forward the informational expression mode of buying needs' information of Online Shop Users, which has the unconscious and conscious expression modes.In this article, online store mainly refers to the B2C websites such as Amazon.com and Dang dang.com. This type of online merchants faces a huge number of users, which determines information theories and technology are the main way to research how to obtain the user's needs'information.Online shop users'potential buying needs information is the information of the goods they wish to buy in the online shopping process. In the unconscious expression mode, online shop user's buying needs information can be found and collected from the shopping process record inside the online store and the outside source as user's blog. In the online shopping process, the server of online store record and analyze the user's behavior data and information without their attention, and the expression of need information is unconscious.The conscious expression mode refers to the process of the demand expression theory. With the continuous collecting and learning of the goods information, online shop users gradually recognize their potential buying needs, and begin to express the needs information through the shopping tools. This mode and express process is transparent to online shop users, and the user knows their buying information is recorded and collected, and provide the buying information consciously.This article applies the information service users' needs expression theories on the online shop user's needs expression. Furthermore, making adjustments of the customer relationship management RFM model, it may help online store predict the value of some goods to a particular customer. In other words, RFM can used in analysis on online shop users' intended buying needs. Through the study on the practice of the buying process in online stores, the research found the social relation and connecting needs may promote the expression of the potential shopping needs information through the information sharing network. This article found the screw type of the informational expression of the buying needs.This research mainly focuses on the mode to obtain the information needed in the personalized recommendation. Online shop users'buying needs information may help the further research on online store inventory control.
