Study On Standardization Management Of GanSu Expressway Maintenance

After spanning many years to build, the expressway in Gansu Province now conveys nearly 2000 KMs, which plays a great part in the development of social and economy as well as public traveling. The managing staff and researchers are evolving into exploration for the regulations and ways of expressway maintenance. The methods of expressway managing are presented in all kinds in every province at present and lack a unified standard,we need, therefore, to work out a standardization management system which would work well with the practical need. The management of expressway is very different, for the repairing and protecting service, standardization management goals have unique creed estimation. The approach of standardization needs to work out regulations and carry out unique standard, which results in best management state and regulated managing method. Though the standardization management of expressway maintenance in Gansu Province go ahead at present in our country, it still has got such problems as repairing and protecting market in unmature, irregulated operation, discomleted system and unsuperior staff, etc. The standardization management of maintenance includes supporting facilities, symbols, service and performance,contains culture system of repairing and protecting, service system, certification system, performance system and scientific and protecting system, market players, cooperationist management, excellent staff, better management are all needed to put forward. Meanwhile, inforcing road inspection, enough budget, repairing and protecting place, cultivating road players are important as well. The standardization management system is improving as it going, and it will play a larger part in transportation.The paper can be divided into five parts. The questions such as the theory and empirical ness of standardization management, the state and main problems of expressway in Gansu Province, the essentialness of expressway standardization management, the containing and frame of Gansu highway standardization management and the strategy of standardization management.
