Study On Enterprise Mutual Guarantee Financing Issue In Zhuzhou Lusong Industrial Cluster Of Clothes And Ornaments

With the development of the economy and society, the income aswell as the consumption level of the resident in China rises constantly,the consumption structure upgrades. As a result, people's demanding indress and ornaments also changes a lot.The Zhuzhou city Lusong market of clothes and ornaments is a set ofapparel production and circulation process of industrial clusters. Withdemanding expanding in recent years, large amount of small and mediumclothes and ornaments enterprises sprang up like emerge, and continue togrow and develop. The cluster industry of the Zhuzhou, Lusong has madegreat contribution to the economic development of this city, which madethis industry a critical role in this city. However, the most significantproblem this industry confronted with is the financial constraint. Thefinancial problem is becoming increasingly extrude due to the clothes andornaments enterprises, the band and government, which becomes the firstconstraint factor to the development of this industry.This research concerns on the difficulty of enterprise financing inZhuzhou city Lusong clothes and ornaments industrial cluster. In thisresearch, a mode is introduced to solve this problem that the enterprisescan obtain capital through mutual guarantee financing system. Firstly, thisarticle begins with the theory of the mutual grantee financing and thenanalyzes the advantage of this model, and explores the practice of this model in China. Secondly, studies on the status of this industry, and elicitthe conclusion that there is a grievous financing gap in clothes andornaments enterprises, which from the analysis of the financing demandand the financing supply, and then analyzes the cause of the financing gap.Thirdly, studies on the feasibility condition of this industry and theimplementation of this mutual guarantee financing model. After Analysisof the coordination among the clothes and ornaments enterprises, banks,government and guarantee organizations, the article proposed the mutualguarantee alliance form, founding resources, financing model,managedesign and risk control issues. Finally, policy implication is provided tosolve the financing problem of these clothes and ornaments enterprises inZhuzhou Lusong.
