Study On Household Trade On The Base Of Intensive Household Use

The trade of household is a key problem in intensive use of household. According to the general idea of"what-why-how",this paper analyzed the trade of intensive use of household from the theoretical and empirical angles.Through analyzing the definition of household's trade and intensive use, it can be found that it's a important way to alleviate the antinomy in household use. The trade can help us to use the household intensively. After using the Game model to analyze the relationship of action selection between the Government and the Farmer, we can infer that the best suitable choose for the government is setting the restriction of household trade free, and the farmer will compare the profit from trade and then make a decision whether trading the household. The action selection of the government and the farmer impacted from development of economy, social system and trade expenses. This paper try to set up two patterns for household trade, in first pattern, the government is the head leader, and the household trade market is the head leader in second pattern. In purpose of improve the trade successfully, there are four mechanisms----assess for the government's work, assess of credit for the person in the trade, the price of household, the long-acting mechanisms for intensive use of household.Based on the theoretical, this paper analyzed the trade and intensive use of household in YiNing city. Use DaDamutu and BaYandai as the empirical example, this paper infer that there are some characteristic in the trade and intensive use of YiNing city. The level of intensive use of household can arise, the contradiction is serious in household's supply and demand, the proportion of trade is rising, the way of trade is single, and the consciousness of defend privilege is weak. Then the paper tries to discuss the suit pattern for the trade and intensive use of household in YiNing city. Finally the paper gives some advice to ensure the trade market and intensive use of household.
