It is urgent to deal with the problem of dairy companies'missing of social responsibility, which is not only harmful to society but also the companies themselves. Therefore, we need a rational system to evaluate and supervise companies'social responsibility performance.The theory of stakeholder is an amendment to the theory of shareholder primacy, which stresses the compact between company and relevant social groups. The compact means that both of the two sides take what they want from each other, which is the basic of the company social responsibility. The general meaning of the Performance Prism model is that all the company needs to grow come from different stakeholders, which means that the company must improve the satisfactory of them in order to get resource for its development. Therefore,this paper got the two theories as the basic of the general idea. This paper analyzed the stakeholders', employees', consumers', governments', revelant union's and community's social responsibility performance. These concern points are the basic of the index choosing. The principles of the evaluation system in this paper mainly include operability, comprehensive, forward-looking and so on. And we choose the professional evaluation organizations as the operators for the system. This paper constructs a comprehensive system to evaluate the enterprise social responsibility performance, which can be used as a general framework to deal with the enterprises'ignorance (includes dairy companies) of its social responsibilities.At last, take Yili, Sanyuan and Bright as example, using the system built before to analyze the shortage and advantage of them, to test the validity of the system.And also analyze the Social Responsibility Report supplied by Mengniu, Yili and Bright, to listed the confusion of them.
