Sustainable Forestry is the basis for national economic and social development Rational structure of forest resources is the necessary conditions to achieve sustainable use of forests and sustainable development. For the forest in China there are a large number of forest types, species and age, such as structure is irrational phenomenon, so to speed up the forest resources of the pace of structural adjustment is of great significance.In this paper, according to the relevant theory which is about the restructuring of forest resources, put forward the modeling method that's based on compartment theory, and use the forest resources data of Huang Fengqiao state-owned tree farm in You Xian Hunan as an example, summed up 11 factors of influence when we doing compartment reparation to the forest category and land category of forest structure of the whole tree farm, at the same time, abstract an atrioventricular modeling of all fators in this system. This model can give expression to the distribution rule and dynamic changes of the structure of forestry resources in the process and achieve the results like reappear the history state of the structure of forestry resources, existing condition analysis and future prediction. The results showed that:all compartment of the system Interco ordination and gradually moving towards stability in its transformation, forest cover and the rate of afforestation of forest farm increased, basically the structure of forest resources towards develop to the desired goal.This article is divided into three parts. The first part is about the theory, which is the brief structure of the concept of forest resources, the related theory, the related functions and domestic and international development. The second chapter is divided for practice. According to Huang-Feng-Bridge Forest You Xian current forest resources structure, we model the forest resources structure system farm by using mathematical methods for Huang Feng You Xian forest resources, and predict the next phase of the development according to the characteristics of the compartment model. The third chapter is divided for guidance. Based on the existing problems of Huang-Feng-bridge we validate the validity of the adjustment. With the result of second part, the rational and countermeasures have been provided.
