The Cigarette Package Printing Company mainly supplies to tobacco company. The tobacco corporation is the target market of cigratte package printing company. Because of the tobacco markets occupies an important place in the national economy, as well as the consumption habits of hundreds of years, tobacco markets will continue to exist for a long time to come and occupy mainly economic position over a certain period. Therefor, the author considers that the research on marketing strategy of cigratte package printing company which mainly supplies to tobacco company is valuable.The article based on the research of basic and researches at home and abroad, points out the central issues of the cigratte package printing company with the QT company for representative. The question is how to make the development in the maket, keep and increase the quota of sale at the same time? In theory, this question can be resolved by service marketing. By the reseach of the market in the modern stage, the competitors, the situation of the company and the customer request, the article put forward the service marketing leads to market mode. By using SWOT methods, this thesis is fully analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks of QT and find out that the management and develoment model of QT became outdated as its own and competiton developed. It is necessary to adopt WO strategy, trying to change the marketing strategy. The paper also find out that The HongTa Group and The HongYunHongHe Group are the segment of QT company.The article with the help of the triangle and 7P new combination of service marketing, and suggests seven tactics that inculde the Product Strategy, the Price Strategy, the Channel Strategy, the Promotion Strategy, the Personnel Strategy, the Display Strategy and the Process Strategy for servie marketing. Finally, the paper makes three suggestions, changing the Operation Model, strengthening customer relationship management and establishing service recovery plan.We are convinced that by activating of the service marketing strategy, a highly efficiency and live construction of operating system of will be done in QT company. The physical products and the service products are intertwined and become the competitiveness of the company. On the basis of existing customer (The HongTa Group and The HongYunHongHe Group), keeping boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, keeping and increasing the quota of sale is an important guarantee for sustainable development of our QT company.
