The Study Of Model And Area Selection For China Undertaking Service Outsourcing From Europe And United States

With the new round of world economic restructuring, outsourcing has made rapid development in the last ten years.Some countries such as India, Ireland, had made great achievements in outsourcing of services, greatly promoted the economic development. In order for the global service outsourcing market share, competition is fierce among countries, many countries have formulated relevant policies to support service outsourcing in order to better undertake the transfer of international service industries to enhance their economic strength.As our agreat advantage on country human resources,economy development level and so on, most of the developped regions and countries became take China as the competitive country to carry on outsourcing. Especially the financial crisis changed the competitive landscape in the world greatly, and China is facing great opportunities in undertaking service outsourcing provided by Europe and America.Europe and the United States,which take more than two-thirds of the global outsourcing business, have the largest share of total account.In order to obtain international competitiveness, we must take place in Europe and the United States market. Current research on service outsourcing is more about outsourcing motivation, welfare effects, policy recommendations and so on, however,1there is less research foucs on different regions, especially about how to undertake outsourcing from Europe and the United States. In this paper, I decribed the status, characteristics and trends of service outsourcing in Europe and America, analysed factors infullened the choices about outsourcing location, In order to establish an econometric regression model of those factors quantitative analysis, I refered to datas from 34 countries and obtained useful information..Finanally, I described and compared policies for outsourcing in India and Ireland,and then gave suggestions and policy recommendations from the government level and enterprise level to strengthen the ablitity to undertake Europe and the United States outsourcing.The innovation of this paper is the perspective from Europe and the United States. It's not only highly targeted for China to undertake business in Europe and America, but also as a new way of thinking the outsourcing.future.In addition,the paper took a wealth of data, using empirical analysis, applied Eviews software to study the factors for Europe and the United States choose outsourcing countries.We could find some useful suggestiones to strengthen our services in outsourcing industry plan and the government policy.
