The risk management is the key constituent of business management system. How to carry on the risk management and establish the risk management mechanism, is the question which must have to solve in the process that business management moves towards mature. The accounting firm must unify the methodology and the application, and in this foundation, unify the marketing pattern characteristic of the accounting firm, analyze the insufficiency and the flaw of tradition marketing pattern. The accounting firm also need to analyze the elementary theory knowledge of the risk management, establish the risk factor recognition and the solution in the accounting firm marketing process, and then analyze the marketing strategy of accounting firm, instruct enterprise to carry out the risk management in each marketing link.This article, on current accounting firm marketing characteristic and strategy; elementary theory knowledge of project risk management correlation; the insufficiency and flaw of current project risk management, from the project management angle, found the breakthrough point in the project risk management and the accounting firm marketing, propose the accounting firm marketing risk factor, the recognition methods and the solution, then research the marketing strategy aspects and so on. Thus it carries on the comparative analysis on the existing accounting firm marketing strategy, and points out its deficiency, analyze the existing project risk management pattern. Unifying the risk management appraisal target system and the marketing strategy of accounting firm, this article, pointed out the risk factor and the recognition methods in the accounting firm marketing, and in this foundation proposed the marketing strategy suitable for the accounting firm.
