Research On Function Orientation Of County Economy In Anhui Province

County economy is regional, relatively independent and integrated with towns as a center, townships as a tie and villages as a hinterland. As a key in coordinating urban and rural economic development, county economy is of paramount importance in national economy. The development of county economy is the most important and complex task in building a moderate prosperous society on all around, a fundamental approach to resolve the "Agriculture, Countryside, and Farmer" issue, and a key link in harmonious regional economic development. Since China is moving toward the era of county economy, we must rationally arrange social resources, formulate leading and overall regional planes and goals, and scientifically fix the position of county economy, to eventually promote the common prosperity of the whole region. County economy in AnHui is quite backward and has fallen behind of other parts in China. County economy of AnHui developed an improper industrial structure with small economic volume and low productive efficiency which had been a week part in overall regional economy. What's more, development between counties and cities is imbalanced, making comparatively developed regions fail to promote the development of neighbour counties. Impeded development of county economy has become a major reason resulting in Anhui's falling behind. Therefore, it is urgent to study on the functional position of Anhui county economy, and formulate rational development planes.Based on methods of exploratory spatial data analysis, this paper attempts to prove the spatial structure of the interaction of economic growth of county areas in Anhui though 1996-2008 periods. The results indicate that the spatial autocorrelation of county areas in Anhui is significant, and the main factors that differentiated the economic growth of county areas are labor, human capital, investment, expenditure, agriculture and life of farmers, then we use a spatial constant-coefficient regression model which is called Spatial Error Model and spatial varying-coefficient regression model which is called geographically weighted regression of spatial economic methods to test the parameters and results. Also, this paper analysis the coupling structure of urban economy and county economy in Anhui based on the Grey Associative Analysis. The results show:The coupling mechanism of Urban economic and County economic is complex, it reflected in two aspects; Coupling degree is relatively low in WanJiang urban agglomeration, and all the 61 counties are divided into four kinds of economic patens. Finally, combined with theoretical analysis and based on empirical research, this paper offer 5 parts suggestions for county economy function of AnHui province.
