Since 21st century,regional brand has become an important strategic weapon to the regional competitiveness enhancement. It's world wide rise and successful application is causing more and more attention of scholars. Many overseas scholars give the regional brand various research from different perspective,and also gain many relevant theoretical results. In recent years, there are some scholars do some preliminary exploratory researches to the regional brand training mold.However, the existed researches study the training mold from the comparison of various of regional brand training mold with the concentration on the case study.Seldom to study the regional brand training as a mold from overview perspective.This article base on the regional brand relevant theory, analysed the Wenzhou footwear brand training mold,and give a theoretical summarization and exploratory&analysis research to the relevant questions.It presents the brand training mold of Wenzhou footwear base on the research to the regional brand training mechanism and development of wenzhou footwear brand training. Meanwhile emphatically analyzed the role and function during the process of Wenzhou footwear brand training from the following six aspects resources and environment, market resources and infrastructure, culture environment, investment and financing environment, institutional environment and social relations, to present the related research hypotheses. At the same time, it revels the relationships between the different influence factors and and the wenzhou footwear brand training,and measure the degree of the affection,by the way of questionnaires and interviews,developing scale, combined with Wenzhou shoe firms in the actual situation,to text structured models andthe assumptions though the analysis method of reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis method.At the end of this article, it summarize the successful experiences of the wenzhou footwear brand training and the problems should be noted during the process of brand training,through the evaluation results to the wenzhou footwear brand training mold. There is significant references and guidance during the brand training to the area which is similar with wenzhou in character.
