The core point in improving our innovation and competition lies in optimizing the utility of the technology information product. However, in fact, the low efficiency of transferring the technology information product into actual use dues to that the investors have a vague realization of the utility and the cost of the technology information product. Therefore, lots of researches focus on how to make full use of the technology information product. And the most direct way to solve this problem is to form the rational price for technology information product. Through analyzing the pricing mechanism of technical information product, a method based on the consumer value was proposed in the background of existing technical information products theory.First of all, the widely used 3 level discrimination pricing and the bundling pricing for technology information products were analyzed and point out that both methods have limitations: the leading role of the consumers cannot be highlighted.Then the pricing mechanism of the technical information product was analyzed, it's mainly affected by the special cost structure and the market structure, and a consumer value oriented technology information product pricing mechanism was formed. Secondly, transferring this pricing mechanism into mathematical model, and establishing a pricing function with maximum producer profits and consumer value as the constraint condition. The function is solved to get the optimal price and establishing the function between price and utility.Finally, the model was validated by using the pricing model in the mobile games products. The model was proved to be feasible and it is meaningful to producers in technology information products pricing.
