As the speeding up of the technology innovation, the digital rhythm, the people has become been delight in talking about the network. At the wireless space of the network, the people will look at the world, experience life and create life by searching, checking, sharing who can never leave households. Based on the increase of online resources and the mature of network technology, the various of electronic commerce also gradually get application and popularization whose media properties have inspired more enterprises attention. Network community has become the new favorite of new media, which is the new way to enterprise network marketing. As the speeding up of the internationalization pace and the growing of automobile industries in China, the traditional marketing mode gradually has been innovated and transformed from producer-regional sales branches-retailers-the terminal customers to "owner-potential customers-dealers-vehicle automobile manufacturers" which is the network community marketing system. This paper has make use of the automobile manufacturers as the breakthrough point, make the research on online community operating system. In China the research in this area is a new field now, the theme about the paper is explored which is a good challenge.The first chapter——introduction:From the research background of the practice and the theory, this paper has come up with the research theme, briefly proposed the research objective, the study frame, the basic route and method research.The second chapter——the related theories of the online community operating system in automobile manufacturers:Firstly, in order to make this paper more clear, the author has to descript and define some related concepts; Secondly, this paper has revealed the value of the online community operation in automobile manufacturers, above all, this paper again interpreted the significance of the research and guiding direction; Finally, based on the sorting of secondary data and documents, this paper has concluded the related theories on the online community operating system in automobile manufacturers, which has lay the basis for the subsequent descriptions on the design of the online community module.The third chapter——the situation of the online community operating system of the domestic and international advanced enterprises:This paper has set forth the present situation of the online community operating system of the domestic and international advanced enterprises, summarized the successful experiences, which has played an referenced role in the subsequent writing on the structure of the online community.The fourth chapter——the operation design of the online community in the automobile manufacturers:The main train of the writing thought of the paper is adhering to the principle of "what to do, how to do it, who to do", firstly has introduced the true purpose on the online community operation in automobile manufacturers, which has seized the key point to solve the problem.
