Endogenous Growth And Innovation Of Rural Economic Development Model

Since the reform and openness, China's rural economic development has made tremendous progress. In recent years, the state is reducing the agricultural tax on one hand, on the other hand, increasing subsidies of farmers and agricultural, making the peasants' income increase. However, with the high-speed economic growth, peasants don't live a happy life in the reality: the worse of the rural environment, the loss of the agricultural labor force, and more and more rural social problems. How to get rid of rural development that simply relied on outside, let rural economic perk up automatically has became our focus. In this process, the government needs a positive guidance to promote the continuous improvement of the rural market, but to display the rural human capital function becomes more important. This paper argues that agricultural technology and rural system are the endogenous power in rural development, and the source of the power is the rural economic hotshots.This paper is divided into five parts:Part 1, briefly describes the background and significance, reviews the related literatures of rural economic development, and combs the whole writing ideas and research methods.Part 2, defines the category of rural economic development model, examines from the connotation and denotation, finding out the characteristics of rural economic development model, and discusses the influencing factors of rural development model in detail.Part 3, analyzes the relationship between the endogenous growth and the rural economic development theoretically. Emphatically analyzes the agricultural technology and rural system, starting from agricultural technological progress model and rural non-independent institutional change, analyzes the present situation of rural technology and system, founding out the necessity and possibility to construct the rural economic development model.Part 4, on basis of comparing the several models of the rural economic development that has appeared, I try to construct a general rural development mode which is suitable for our country. That is the endogenous growth primarily of urban and rural development model. This model needs play the leading role of rural economic hotshots fully, promoting the progress of agricultural technology, to provide good environment for rural non-independent. We should insist on the coordination of urban and rural development, long-term sustainable development, and finally realizes the countryside urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas.Part 5, as the summary, combined with the characteristics of the rural development mode, puts forward the specific policy recommendations: constructing China's agricultural technology innovation system, training new farmers, supporting rural organization venture strongly, providing the better environment for the system innovation.
