Praxis On Finished Vehicle Logistics Enterprise Cost Control

ABSTRACT: China is grand nation that the global car production and sales is the first. The development of automobile industry and competition between enterprises all drive the automobile logistics development. As the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" publishing, logistics services will be fully opened to the world, the logistics enterprises also will face more intense competition. As a result, China's automobile logistics industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. China's automobile logistics started late, the most serious problem which existing in the automobile logistics development is the high automotive logistics cost. Because high cost has been the "bottleneck" which can restrict automobile logistics enterprise operation and development, automobile logistics cost control is becoming the focus of attention.In this paper, it collects related material and combines with the practice experience in finished automobile logistics company, analyzes and concludes the logistics operation flow, points out the links and the key nodes that can be controlled while doing logistics operation, then analyzes the enterprise cost control effects. The following is basic steps of the effect analysis:first summarizes enterprise of logistics service product categories, the work quantity and work categories each logistics service product need, and resource quantity and resource categories each work need; then analyses work value-added and obtains resource cost which can be saved; Finally makes a comparison quantitatively between standard operation cost and actual operation cost through the case calculation. In the environments that national advocacy changing the style of economic growth, as a new economic growth point, finished automobile logistics has certain importance. Its last part can calculate the whole logistics service production cost. It plays a reference role for a similar finished vehicle logistics enterprise.
