Study On The Relationship Between Corporate Governance And Company Performance Of Information Technology Listed Companies

In recent years, China strengthen the reform of the governance structure of listed companies. In order to enhance the performance of listed companies, enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development, china had took the implementation of split share structure reform and improved the system of appointment and removal of independent directors to improve corporate governance. Based on the IT industry, we attempt to make the empirical analysis of the relationship between corporate governance structure and corporate performance of the energy sector. And we hope to find approval to perfect governance structure of listed companies, and thus to enhance the performance of listed companies. The content of the paper include the followings:Part one:We make the literature review of domestic and international research. And described the purpose of the study,research and research methods in this paper.Part two:First, we give the connotation of the corporate governance structure and corporate performance; Secondly, from the equity management, board governance and management executives, we make the analysis of the relationship between these variables.Part three:First of all, through the principal component analysis, we built a comprehensive evaluation of the performance index; Secondly, based on some samples of the IT industry to study listed companies, using SPSS and Eviews statistical software analyses the factors influencing performance of IT listed companies empirically by adopting description statistic method,correlation analysis method and panel data model method. Through the empirical analysis, we want to find out the correlation between its corporate governance and corporate performance; Finally, we give the conclusion of the study.Part four:According to the conclusions of the empirical analysis of the IT sector and the status of governance structure of listed companies, we give the recommendations and corresponding measures.
