Study On Marketing Model And Strategy In IT Distribution Enterprises

In this thesis I want to study backgrounds,necessary and operation the channel base on the courses of MBA and practice of my work. Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy Mode is differing from the traditional single marketing model.In this furious competitive IT market,company can not resort single sale model to compete the rival.If IT company want to rapid and perjure increase,it need direct sale and marketing channel. As the special of IT biz,IT marketing channel has the difference of general marketing channel.Later I will analyze the all kinds of IT Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy Mode and give some answer of headachy problem.This thesis will give the SWOT of Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy Mode.This thesis select China IT distribution enterprises that have done or are implementing Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy Model as this paper study objective to lucubrate through the marketing environment and industry characteristic that enterprises are facing. In this thesis, we try to answer three questions:firstly, what kind of factors affect mostly the implementing Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy Mode in IT distribution enterprises; secondly, which kind of patterns are most suitable for China IT distribution enterprises; the last, the application of real cases show that the mode of Customer-oriented Marketing Strategy is feasible in Beijing Creation Vista Information Technology co.Ltd.This thesis considered the circumstance of China enterprise, using the methods that we summary theory system based on studying practice and then apply this theory to guide enterprise practices. This study build effective mode of key customer management, and realize the innovation of study.
