It is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of evaluation results.This paper combining with mathematical statistics methods, established a complete investment benefit evaluation model based on the research of power grid investment benefit evaluation procedures of electric power enterprise. It has been applied to practice and developed an investment benefit evaluation and assessment application system. This system through the construction of investment benefit evaluation, accomplishes the indicators calculation and index weights calculation, and displayed final appraisal results with the scoring form to users. The system to realize the function of index system expansion makes the index system can change according to requirements. Combining with several methods of index weights calculation is the guarantee to reasonably evaluate importance of index. Tendency of index addition and correlation is convenient in helping users to analyses influential factors between indexes. Management of appraisal system improving the function of classification management in different stages of investment benefit evaluation. Setting the monitoring of data source ensure the integrity of data source when the system calculates the relevant indicators. Setting the area of power supply makes analytic range of some indexes more flexible in deep analysis.
