As the development of international economic integration, international hedge fund is being concerned by more and more people. Thanks to its high profit, international hedge fund can run in the international financial market, which brings lots of vitality and also some risk. However, while international hedge fund is coming to us near and near, the majority still knows little about it. As one of the emerging financial derivatives, international hedge fund has been researched by many scholars around all over the world. However, there has been no law which supervises the hedge fund overall in China until now. The first hedge fund in China is coming into the world soon, so we are starving for a new law to supervise the hedge fund in order for its healthy development.This article introduces the international hedge fund comprehensively, analyses different legal supervision systems all over the word, and contribute some legal advices for supervising hedge fund in China. It hopes that this article can help other readers when they study the international hedge fund.The article is composed of four parts:Chapter 1 is about the comprehensive description of international hedge fund and the legal supervision system, concluding the conception, the comparison to other funds, the classification, and the definition of legal supervision system.Chapter 2 is talking about the huge risk of international hedge fund, and the necessity of legal supervise of hedge fund, beginning with introducing its organization forms, technical analysis and investment strategy.Chapter 3 is comparing different regulations and legal supervise systems all over the word, concluding the developed countries, the developing countries and the international organizations.Chapter 4 is discussing in detail about the developing the status quo of the international hedge fund and its legal supervise system in China, and finally contribute some advice for establishing the legal supervise system in China.
